Crafts in the new house

Well we're all moved in ... at least our stuff is here but I'm sure we'll be unpacking for a while! Michelle didn't waste any time before she started doing crafts again. Melinda's wedding is coming up quick, and Michelle's making the candleholders that the bridesmaids will carry down the aisle. They're looking pretty cool, click the photo to check them out!

Alex

We went down to South Carolina for Melinda's bridal shower. We had a wonderful time and some of Michelle's family came all the way down for a visit. I got to see some old friends as well. Click on picture to see some funny bridal shower photos.

Easter Dinner

Yeah it's pretty sad that I'm just now posting an Easter photo ... but I just had to say how much fun we had with my family. It was especially nice that Kim and Phil were home when we visited.

Another quilt

Michelle just finished up another gorgious quilt for a friend at work. Before you know it she'll have her own little business going.

18 roses for 18 months

Tomorrow is the 21st and that means Michelle and I have been married for a year and a half! It's pretty exciting so I bought Michelle a rose for each month we've been married and here's the picture.

new table

yesterday we went to good old WalMart and bought a new table. The main reason is because of the incident that happened last week. One of the old chairs for our old table was missing it's back, but it was still sturdy until I sat in it one morning and heard a CRACK, and a screw fell to the floor. That evening I sat down on the chair again and quickly found myself sitting on the floor! Michelle died laughing in the living room at my demise.

Winter Jam 2006

Last night we went to a concert with our youth group and some friends from work. Winter Jam 2006 was the name of it and it's probably the best I've ever been to. Hawk Nelson, ZOEgirl, TobyMAC, Newsong, and Newsboys were some of the featured artists. It had an awesome gospel presentation and a sweet motorcycle "death sphere." As awesome as it was, I think I'm getting old because a couple of the artists started hurting my ears. I think they may still be ringing.
